
Victor is a seasoned development practitioner with over 13 years of experience in program design, implementation, and management, particularly in supporting vulnerable populations. As the Executive Director of RIWE_AFRICA, he provides strategic leadership, ensuring that the organization effectively responds to the evolving needs of pastoralist communities.
His expertise spans HIV treatment and care, livelihoods, education, and child protection, with a strong track record of coaching and strengthening Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and grassroots leaders.
Victor has also served as the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID-OVC Kampala Activity at Reach Out Mbuya Community Health Initiative, where he played a pivotal role in program execution and impact-driven interventions targeting children and youth living with HIV. He also worked with MUCOBADI as a Projects Manager, leading initiatives aimed at improving the socio-economic resilience of youth in Eastern Central Uganda.
Victor holds a master’s degree in Public Health from Uganda Martyrs University. His commitment to social justice and community empowerment continues to drive RIWE_AFRICA’s mission to create lasting change in pastoralist communities.
