Bannet is a results-driven Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with over eight years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems for development programs. As the M&E Manager at RIWE_AFRICA, he leads the organization’s efforts in data-driven decision-making, impact assessment, and program effectiveness.

He is a certified Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation. He is currently completing his Master’s in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in M&E at Uganda Management Institute (UMI). His expertise extends to data analytics, reporting, and capacity building for teams to enhance evidence-based programming.

Before joining RIWE_AFRICA, Bannet worked as a Database Analyst with World Education Bantwana under the USAID Integrated Child and Youth Development (ICYD) Activity and as an M&E Specialist with Mildmay Uganda. He has played a key role in strengthening M&E frameworks, training staff in performance monitoring, and developing high-quality donor reports.

Bannet is passionate about leveraging data to drive program impact and sustainability, ensuring that RIWE_AFRICA’s interventions effectively address the needs of pastoralist communities.
